• Intuition – how can you use intuition to remove blocks or clear energy.
• Grounding exercises and meditation
• Tools and methods for clearing
• Archangel Michael and Archangel Raphael to clear and heal. Connecting to your guides for guidance.
• Italian Evil Eye Removal method using water and oil method. Although tradition says it should be taught on Christmas Eve it does work all year round
• For those that have been attuned to Reiki we just seal it in with the symbols
